Bringing transparency to a $42 billion sector

MITRAT is a CommTech platform built to bring transparency, intelligent matching, and participant empowerment to Australia's $42 billion NDIS sector.

The NDIS funds approximately 650,000 Australians with disability. Yet participants have historically faced significant barriers to accessing unbiased information about providers. MITRAT changes that by giving every participant the same level of information that was previously only available to those with professional support coordinators.

Transparency
Every provider has a publicly visible Transparency Score based on 7 independently verified trust factors. No hidden ratings. No paid rankings.
Intelligence
Our 7-factor matching algorithm considers location, support type, budget, availability, language, experience, and capacity — not just keywords.
Independence
We have no commercial relationships with providers that could bias our results. Our incentive is participant trust, not provider revenue.

Every provider is ranked by Transparency Score only — not by how much they pay us. A sole trader with a complete profile will outrank a large organisation with a sparse one.

Searching, matching, shortlisting, and sharing with your SC is free for participants and families, forever. We are funded by providers who choose to list on our platform.

Every verification step — ABN check, NDIS registration, insurance, document uploads — is logged with a timestamp. Providers can demonstrate compliance at a glance.

The only score that matters

Every provider on MITRAT receives a Transparency Score out of 100, calculated from 7 independently assessed trust factors. Scores are recalculated automatically as providers update their profiles.
